Refunds

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused and have not been tampered with. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.

 

Items must have been purchased directly from www.claudeandrehebert.com or in person at our Claude Andre Hébert Loft Atelier, we cannot accept returns and exchanges of  Claude Andre Hébert products purchased at our authorized retailers.

 

If your original purchase included shipping fees, these are non-refundable.

 

To return an item, please email us at contact@claudeandrehebert.com with your order #, we will reply promptly with return information and instructions. At the moment we do not cover return shipping costs.
